When I think about designers that I love I don’t think about Gucci, or Louis Vuitton, or Calvin Klein. While those may be the more expensive, well known labels in the fashion world they are all the same. What I look for in a fashion designer is ingenuity and uniqueness, and that is just what you will find with Ed Hardy clothing.

Made specifically to look like those awesome vintage tattoo designs that everyone in the 70’s and 80’s seemed to sport, you can feel like you have ink without actually going near a needle. Abercrombie and Fitch are without a doubt one of the best in the fashion industry. Well know for their sporty, fashionable lines, Abercrombie clothing can be seen everywhere you look. It helps that as far as designers are concerned they are moderately priced, and more in tune with those who have a budget to keep. This puts them ahead of the game when placed beside other well known names, like Gucci, Ducle & Cabana, or Louis Vuitton.

One of the more popular items from this brand would have to be the Abercrombie hoodies, which are an especially hot bit of apparel for those who are into skiing and snowboarding. How often have you been up on the ski lifts and seen an A&F fan go riding by, preparing to hit the slopes? This gives it a nice little fashion niche, and has made it more recognizable on sight, which has done well as far as marketing goes.

But there are other reasons that Abercrombie & Fitch are still king, such as the quality of their products. They use some of the highest-end fabrics and threads, to create durable fashion apparel that can be worn during times when the play is a little more rough. There are a lot of fantastic designers out there, but there are a few names that always stick out for me, and will continue to be the pinnacle of fashion for a long time. While they may not be my favorites, they are certainly in their own league of excellence, and worth the money spent to own them. Even if it does put me a little behind on my bills now and again, at least I look fabulous!
